Player Performances....

Overall, I admit that I should be grateful as my player performance quite good. Even if we look to their reputation in a real world, they are among the best football player n the world. So, there are no reasons for a manager who manage a team like Barca cannot make sure the team perform well in the league and other cup. Player in Barca has play well throughout the season and show a very good determination to win the tittle. Ronaldinho has win the World Player of the Year.Thierry Henry has proved that he is still has a good composure infront of goal by score 15 goals in 13 appearances of the league match.
V.Valdes also plays well this season by only conceded 15 goals in 32 league's appearances. Without a good goalie like him, Barca would not manage to win the tittle for this season.

My tactic for season 07/08

I used formation 5-4-1 for Barca. I used this formation as I know that Barca has a good midfielder and striker. Even our defender line up look very good on a paper, but we still can't underestimate our opponent ability to make a goal. 5-4-1 means that we use 5 defender, but 2 of them are used also as a wing-back. So, there will be only 3 center defender.
My wing-back is Zambrotta, Sylvinho, and E.Abidal. If they injured or not fit, I will changed my tactic by using 4-4-2. When play 4-4-2, I will change team mentality to very attacking and make sure defender defend deep.
I only used 1 center midfielder and that mean player for that position need to be a player with good passing,creativity and have some defend ability.
3 attacking midfielder is good enough to make our opponent defender suffers a lot. Our player like Ronaldinho and A.Iniesta at the center will make a chance for the attack while C.Ronaldo and G.dos Santos will carried the task to make a goal and assist to the striker.
I only used 1 striker as I have Thierry Henry and Eto'o that can be a lone striker. Both of them has a very good accelaration and finishing. I only hope for them to score when they got a chance.

The highest rating player for Barca is C.Ronaldo with 16 goals in 38 appearances. Even C.Ronaldo is a new player in Barca, he still can adapt himself easily and play well with other player. He prove to our team that he is worth to us. Our other new player,Vagner Love, also prove his worthiness by score 10 goals in 27 appearances.
The top scorer in Barca is T.Henry with 26 goals in 26 appearances. He do a few hatrics in this season.

2007/08 League table

Barca had win the Spanish 1st Division for season 07/08. For me, the most important thing for Barca is to win the 1st Division and I happy when Barca had be the champion with style. We did not lose to other team in this season and result draw in 9 match. I use counter-attack and tight marking style to avoid lose to other team. I will use a deep defense when Barca encounter team that always play possession. When we play against team that attack fast, the player like C.Puyol and Zambrotta are needed. Puyol and Zambrotta are fast defender,so they are needed to make challenge to the opponent striker when they make a counter-attack.
Barca also play possession and launch counter-attack sometimes. I like Barca to have an attacking mentality, but at the some time we play deep defense. If we like our team to play defensive, then we can adjust our defender to play push up. This can strengthen our attacking side actually, team like R.Madrid sometime like to play push up defender. Sergio Ramos and Marcelo are defenders that like to help the striker make an attack.
Also, with our new addition to the team, C.Ronaldo, our team are very determined and confident to win all the tittle.

Barca fixtures for season 07/08...

I had arranged Barca to play many friendly match during pre-season. I do this to build the chemistry between the players and raise their confident by play against a few giant club like Man Utd, AC Milan, R. Madrid, FC Bayern, Inter, Chelsea, Lyon, Arsenal and Valencia. I need to make a good first impressions to Board as a manager for my first season with them. So, competitive friendly match is one of the way to experiment my tactics on Barca.

At the starts of the season, Barca did not face any trouble to continue their winning run. Just only Zaragoza and PSV that almost give the upset to Barca, fortunately Barca manage to finish the match with a win to get 3 point.

As match by match, Barca got draw with Deportivo, Real Madrid, Betis, Valencia, Mallorca, At. Madrid, Villareal, Recreativo, Athletic and Lazio(Champions Cup GroupH). Barca had a good start and seem undefeated until lose to Chelsea. Barca is a team that play possession and control the ball throughout the game. I always make sure the team defend deep when play with a good team like Chelsea.

This season show to me that Barca has proved that they a good team by win the first division and champions cup. Even Barca win at the final champions cup, we only win by 1-0 against Lyon. This show to us that both team has a chance to win in that match. We all know that any team in the world will give their best play in the final.

The most memorable match is when Barca against Liverpool. Barca got a big win by 4-2(home) and 6-3(away). Even me doesn't expect that Barca can got such a result against team like Liverpool. Barca play a brilliant game and genius finishing even though Liverpool is a team that doesn't surrender easily.

"Good times and funs...."

Fourth season...

For my fourth season, I had spent $382M from club's transfer fee fund. The highest transfer fee that I paid is for 'worldwide' player, Wayne Rooney from Man Utd with fee $160M.

I also bought Carlos Tevez from Man Utd for $84M. The young talented defender from Chievo, Michele Rigione, I paid $38.5M. I also got 2 player from free transfer. Ex-World Best Footballer of the Year, Ronaldo, from Deportivo and Gaby Mundingayi from Lazio. The rest of transfer fee fund I spent for other young player. Most of them are from Brazil. In this season, I had received my first transfer fee by selling Eric Abidal to Zaragoza for $13.25M.

My third season...

For my third season, I did not brought in many player to Barcelona. I only brought in 2 star players. World-class midfielder, Francesc Fabregas from Arsenal, I had to paid $116M to brought him into Barcelona. The Brazillian wing back, Daniel Alves from Sevila, I paid $36M to brought him in to strenghten defend in the team.
